James Kress, DD
James Kress, DD, is a spiritual director who teaches, coaches, and guides others. He is a staff Minister at CSL Seattle. As a former evangelical Christian pastor of 25 years, he specializes in framing spirituality in an inclusive, unitive message of Christ-consciousness. James is an ICF Certified Coach with a Doctor of Divinity from Emerson Theological Institute, a Masters of Religion from Liberty University, and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He is currently enrolled in a Transpersonal Psychology Certificate program at Naropa University. He is married with three grown children and enjoys fitness, cooking, skiing, and hiking.
